Explore the successful initiatives that Willmott Dixon have been pursuing to enable more women into leadership and senior leadership positions within their organisation. This session will draw on Sarah’s own career journey and experience with key takeaways for attendees from the success of Willmott Dixon’s Women’s Leadership Programme and network.
