SHE BUILDS UK is a portrait photography project with the primary aim of inspiring females of all ages to consider a career in construction by celebrating the diverse women that already work in the industry. The project refers to these women as “rockstars” and highlights their diverse career paths to illustrate the variety of roles within the industry and to make them more prominent role models.
