St Mark’s CE School is a game changer for the Southampton community. Morgan Sindall Construction along with Faithful+Gould and Architecture PLB worked collaboratively with Southampton City Council to deliver a brand new 900 place all-through school - enabling families to save the long bus rides, by sending their children to a state-of-the-art establishment, right on their doorstep. It’s not just in the placemaking that this school has changed lives; it’s during the incredible outreach programmes throughout the build that will see a social return of investment of £75m back into the local community throughout the project’s lifecycle.
