Harnessing several technologies, from crowd-sourced traffic data through to solar-powered mobile variable message signs, improved traffic management to keep dangerous congestion and tailbacks to a minimum. The platform this model has created will give motorists access to real-time data before setting out for their journeys, alleviating more congestion, smoothing out the traffic flows.
